Through the SafeWeb project, we want to improve the competences and knowledge of VET educators in the field of online safety and cybersecurity by providing them with valuable and innovative educational tools in order to strengthen their role in teaching in line with social and digital transformation. We also want to increase the innovation and attractiveness of VET and
promote correct digital habits and pro-social attitudes among VET educators and students as well as project partners.
Objectives of the project:
(1) Improve the competence and knowledge of Vocational education and training (VET) educators and students in the field of online safety.
(2) Provide innovative, freely available and free educational methods and tools on an international scale.
(3) Organize of at least 7 multiplier events, 2 webinars and pilot workshops.
(4) The use of educational material and the development of innovative practices to support competences in the area of ICT skills strategies and methodologies for online safety that are more relevant to societal needs.
(5) Developing knowledge and competence of all members of the partner institutions in the field of online safety and exchanging good practices between countries involved in the project, so that individual partners can become more familiar with the situations in the European countries and strengthen their online safety expertise and resources in terms of both technical and non-technical online threats.
(6) Preventing misinformation and cyberbullying and supporting a resilient online civil society.
